What You’ll Do:
- Own the sales process from prospecting to close, targeting small- to mid-size organizations across various industries and geographies.
- Sell directly to HR and business leaders, as well as to tech solution providers (e.g. Workday, SAP, PayScale), consulting groups (e.g. Aon, Mercer, Korn Ferry), and independent HR consultants.
- Build strategic partnerships and indirect sales channels to extend market reach.
- Deliver compelling platform demos, showcasing how our AI-powered analytics can solve real workforce challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy, influence product development, and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships – becoming a trusted advisor in their people analytics journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience and account management in HR tech, analytics, or enterprise software.
- Proven success selling into or through ecosystem partners, including HRIS platforms, compensation solutions, consulting firms, and HR advisory practices.
- Retain an expansive network within the industry from client organizations to solution providers, consulting groups, and independent consultants.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about workforce technology, data, and transforming HR decision-making.
- Highly flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and inspired by the opportunity to help build the next big thing.
