Sales Leader – HR Tech

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the sales process from prospecting to close, targeting SMBs to enterprises across various sectors and geographies.
  • Develop and nurture leads through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Demo our platform and clearly communicate its value, solving real problems for HR and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy, influence product development, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and become their go-to advisor for people analytics solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR tech or analytics platforms.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and loves building things from scratch.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and helping clients win.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and excited about the boundless prospect.
